Let Michael introduce you to Traditional Chinese medicines that have been proven over
thousands of years to benefit the body and the mind.

Chinese Herbs

Modern Western diets and lifestyles leave much to be desired in the balance of body and mind.
Michael’s skillful assessment of all of these imbalances will enable him to create an individual blending of specific herbs designed to restore health through tonifying the blood and organs thus balancing the Yin and Yang of the body and assisting in the flow of Qi.

Zen Den has a wide range of herbs that come in many forms.
•    Raw herbs
•    Powdered herbs
•    Capsules
•    Pills

Cupping

Cupping is one of the oldest forms of Traditional Chinese medicine, dating back to the early 4th Century.  This method of TCM is commonly used to dispel blood stagnation along the body’s meridians, activating the lymphatic system.  Cupping can release toxins from the body to alleviate colds and flu’s and other respitory problems and can also effectively relieve and loosen tight or knotted muscles.

Tui Na Massage

This style of Chinese massage, perfected by Michael may be used with a combination of Acupuncture to assist in muscular related complaints. This style of massage uses stimulation of the meridians to create balance to move stagnations and allow the free flow of energy in the body.  Michael’s stimulation and stretching of the meridians is aided by his use of selected and tailor made herbal massage liniments and balms.

Zen Den also stocks a comprehensive range of liniments, balms and oils for individual sale.
